Packaging Machinery Manufactured:• Horizontal Form, Fill, Seal machines
produce tight, sterile seals for a variety of
products ranging from food and consumer
products to medical devices such as
syringes, sutures and catheters. A
complete validation system is offered as
a standard on the new Integri-Seal model.
• Towelette/Pad/Wipe Form, Fill, Seal
machines are offered for a variety of
applications including alcohol pads, hand
wipes, lens cleaners, cosmetics, household
cleaners, etc. Machines are complete with
roll slitting, pad folding, liquid filling and pouch
forming at speeds to 1,000 ppm. No fold, single
fold, fan fold and double fold configurations
are available.
• Dry/Solid Products Form, Fill, Seal machines
are offered with volumetric or auger fillers for
free flowing and non-free flowing products
and vibratory or other custom feeders for
tablets or solid products. Machines can be
used to package a wide variety of products
including tablets, ear plugs, candy, vitamins,
coffee/tea and seasonings at speeds of 200
to 1,000 ppm.
• Liquid Form, Fill, Seal machines are offered
for various viscosity ranges from aqueous
fluids through heavy creams and food
products. Fill systems provide individual
lane volume adjustment and precise control
of fill pressure and product shut-off.
