Horizontal Form, Fill, Seal Machine Sealing Head

1. Side Sealers apply constant pressure with controlled heat.
Side Seal Lift Mechanism automatically separates sealers during stops to prevent burning and can open during package cycle, providing an unsealed flap for easy open packages.

2. Pull Wheel Stations pull and align film through the machine, cool and strengthen the side seals.

3. Cross Seal Stations Tooling inserts are interchangeable giving the flexibility to change from straight to chevron to patterned inserts. Leading and trailing package end seals are completed at this station.

4. Slitters separate the packages lengthwise.

5. Cut-off Knife separates packages in the cross direction. Can be equipped with straight cut, serrated knife, or cut/perforation knife assemblies.
