Circle’s Integri-Seal Horizontal Form, Fill,
Seal machine is designed specifically for
the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
The Integri-Seal is a PLC controlled,
servo driven machine with all Allen-
Bradley hardware. The long dwell cross
seal station allows for linear film speeds
up to 1,500 inches per minute and quick
change tooling allows for “hot” changeover
in minutes. Units are available in one and
optional two lane configurations. The

peelable seals for sterilization pouches

Validation: The Integri-Seal is fully validatable and supplied with complete validation documentation. Each unit features a seal-validation system that includes a color touchscreen display monitoring speed, single point temperature and single point pressure during normal operation and at process setup.
