5. Long Dwell
Traveling Cross Seal:
Tooling inserts are
interchangeable giving
the flexibility to change
from straight to chevron
to patterned inserts.
Leading and trailing
package end seals
are completed at this
station.
3. Pull Roll Stations:
Rubber rolls are used
to control web tension
and tracking.

4. Slitter: Separates
the packages
lengthwise. Provides
"clean cut" or
perforation between
lanes.
1. Infeed: Product is
transferred from the infeed
conveyor onto the lower film
web in register.

2. Side Seal Stations:
Cantilevered design allows
for quick width changes
without tools. Seal wheel
temperature and pressure
are adjusted and maintained
through the touchscreen.
