Alternative to Traditional Heat Sealing

For applications using unusual packaging film or products that react unfavorably with heat, Circle Packaging and Hassia-Redatron offer ultrasonic sealing. This technology replaces the heat, pressure, and dwell parameters with components that create a high frequency vibration which melts plastic at the molecular level. This technology uses less heat and also allows sealing even when there is moisture or other materials in the seal area.
