Vertical machines span a range of production output. Machines can fill up to 16 lanes of products, for example condiments (e.g., ketchup, mustard, mayo), at speeds of well over 100 cycles per minute.

Circle Packaging and Hassia-Redatron Vertical (4-sided seal) machines can be operated as stand-alone systems or as fully integrated primary packaging machines in a process line. 

Print registration and verification, auto reject missing products, packaging film splice detection, date coding, and up- and downstream communications are all available features of the machine.
