Narrow or Wide Format Stick Pack Machine

Hassia-Redatron Stick Pack machines offer a wide range of capabilities and flexibility to accurately package a variety of liquids and powders in a wide or conventional narrow format.

Vertical machines span a range of production output. Machines can fill up to 16 lanes of products, for example condiments (e.g., ketchup, mustard, mayo), at speeds of well over 100 cycles per minute.

Hassia-Redatron Vertical Stick Pack machines can be operated as stand-alone systems or as fully integrated primary packaging machines in a process line.

Print registration and verification, auto reject missing products, packaging film splice detection, date coding, as well as up- and downstream communications are all available features of the machine.
